Fee Guidance
How audit fees are shaped
We do not sell subscription tiers. Fees follow the size of the ledger, the number of locations, and the assurance depth your lenders or shareholders require. The figures below are starting points for a written proposal.
| Engagement | Pricing basis | Starting guidance |
|---|---|---|
| Statutory financial statement audit | Fixed fee after scoping — entity count, revenue, and site visits drive the quote | From ¥1,800,000 for a single mid-size entity |
| Internal control review | Fixed fee by process cycle | From ¥420,000 for one cycle |
| Inventory observation support | Daily rate plus travel | From ¥180,000 per observation day |
| Limited financial review | Fixed fee by entity and period | From ¥650,000 for a single-entity interim |
What moves a quote up or down
- Number of legal entities and shared service centers
- Material inventory locations requiring observation
- First-year audit procedures when predecessor files are limited
- English reporting for overseas lenders or parents
- Compressed timelines inside Golden Week or year-end peaks
Deposits and billing
A 30% deposit secures fieldwork dates on the engagement letter. The balance is due on delivery of the draft report, with a final installment on issuance of the signed opinion or review report. Travel outside Fukushima Prefecture is billed at cost with prior approval.
